How Reports Are Reviewed

• Reports enter a moderation queue and are reviewed by authorized moderators or admins.
• Moderators may look at the reported target, the explanation, evidence URL, creator history, prior reports, and relevant policy pages.
• A report does not automatically remove content. Moderators decide whether action is needed after review.

Possible Actions

• A report may be triaged, dismissed, moved under review, or closed after action is taken.
• A Creation may be left alone, placed under review, restored, or removed.
• A creator may receive a warning, lose access to some features, or be suspended for serious or repeated violations.

Repeat Violations

• Repeated violations can lead to stronger action, especially when a creator keeps posting stolen work, deceptive AI-generated content, harassment, spam, or unsafe material.
• Moderators consider severity, pattern, context, and whether the creator corrects problems in good faith.
• HumanBoard keeps moderation history so decisions can be reviewed instead of silently erased.

False Or Abusive Reporting

• Good-faith reports are welcome, even when moderators ultimately dismiss them.
• Knowingly false, retaliatory, harassing, or spammy reports may limit the reporting account.
• Repeated reports against the same target do not make a decision faster and may make review harder unless new evidence is included.
